Junior Research Fellow Jobs recruitment in National Institute of Technology Meghalaya (NIT Meghalaya) on contract basis
Project Title : “Ultra Low Power Multi-Array 64K X 16 Dual Bit Associative Memory with Partial Matching Capability”
No. of Post : 1
Qualification : M. Tech/M.E. in Microelectronics/VLSI with experience in CAD tools and Programming Language. A minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA in the highest qualifying examination.
Salary : Rs. 25000/month for the first 2 years Rs. 28000/month for the third year.
Selection Procedure : Written Test & Interview

About NIT Meghalaya :
The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Meghalaya is one among the thirty NITs in India established as an Institute of National Importance with full funding support from the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. The Institute started its journey as one of the youngest NITs of India in the year 2010 and the first batch of B. Tech students of NIT Meghalaya in the three disciplines of ECE, CSE and EEE will be graduating in June, 2014. At present the Institute has nine departments covering all the major engineering, science and humanities disciplines, offering B. Tech and Ph. D programmes. The M. Tech programme is being started from 2014.
